1. Prepare Your Device Before your visit, remove all personal information from your device. Preserve data by factory resetting it. For a fast transaction, deactivate “Find My” device and other locks. Open instructions in new tab.
2. Get a Quote Place your phone in the ecoATM kiosk. It will assess your device’s condition and authenticity and give you a cash offer on-screen. The amount depends on the phone’s model, condition, and market value.
3. Verify Your Age & Identity Scan your driver’s license or other state ID. You must be 18 or older. This helps ensure transactions are legitimate.
4. Accept the Offer & Get Paid Get a quote then decide if you’re happy with the offer. Accept the offer and receive your payment. If you decline, the kiosk will return your phone immediately.
